Brian M. Jacoby is a Partner and Senior Analyst and has been a member of the Investment Team since Trian’s inception in November 2005. Between December 2015 and August 2018, Mr. Jacoby served as a director of the former parent company of the Arby’s restaurant brand and its successor, Inspire Brands, Inc., which is a global, multi-brand company that oversees the Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings and Rusty Taco brands. He previously served as a director of Meridian Audio, an English manufacturer of high-performance, high-fidelity audio and video components and systems, from 2006 through 2008. From June 2002 through June 2007, Mr. Jacoby served as an Associate, Corporate Development of Triarc Companies, Inc. Prior to joining Triarc, Mr. Jacoby worked at Salomon Smith Barney from 2000 to 2002 in the Media and Communications Investment Banking Group. Mr. Jacoby received a B.B.A. with high distinction from the University of Michigan Business School.
